Pork Chops Lyonnaise for Valentines Day with Farmers Choice

Pork Chops Lyonnaise.    Deliciously tender pork chops topped with a delightfully tasty mixture of caramelized onions, mustard and thyme and crispy bread crumbs.   The Toddster is a real chop man so these always pluck his heart strings!  Have you a chop man in your life??  I really hope you do!  Happy Valentines Day!
